All AstraVision Studios clothing/apparel & accessory items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We are committed to making your product just the way you ordered it the first time and we love working with customers to make that happen.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
